Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value our clients’ trust and strive to deliver the highest quality services in website design & development, as well as consulting for website improvement. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully:

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Website Design & Development Services:

• Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation, provided that work on the project has not yet started.
• If work has already begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable, but the client may request to halt the project. In such cases, any work completed up to the cancellation point will be delivered.

1.2 Consulting Sessions:

• Consulting sessions can be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time, and a full refund will be issued.
• If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance or the client fails to attend the session, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Website Design & Development Services:

• Payments made for development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon requirements, the client is entitled to request reasonable revisions at no additional cost.
• In rare cases, partial refunds may be granted after evaluation, depending on the amount of work completed.

2.2 Consulting Services:

• If the client is not satisfied with the consultation, a refund request can be submitted within 24 hours of the session.
• Each case will be individually reviewed to determine eligibility for a refund based on the session’s content and value delivered.
